The unique management trainee position

As LUMA, you work closely with Kinnevik's CEO and the rest of the management team for a one-year trainee position. You will be involved in both the day-to-day operations of the business, and long-term, strategic projects across a variety of functions. During your time as LUMA, you will get unique insight into how Kinnevik operates, the opportunity to build a broad network across Kinnevik and its portfolio companies, and relevant experience for a future career.
The word LUMA is derived from the Latin word lumen, meaning light. LUMA was the name given to this position at Kinnevik when it was first launched in 1977, as Kinnevik was looking for a talented trainee to bring bright ideas to the business. Today, it means that we are looking for a person who is curious, innovative, humble, adaptable and a true team player with a genuine interest in business building.
