We primarily recruit to address specific needs and do not accept open applications. Any new vacancies or job openings will be posted here or on LinkedIn. When it comes to student opportunities, we do not currently have the resources to offer students internships or support on their theses.
LUMA, our CEO trainee
Kinnevik has a long tradition of taking on trainees, LUMAs, who work closely with the CEO and management team. The role offers unique insight into how Kinnevik operates, the opportunity to build a broad network across Kinnevik and its portfolio companies, and relevant experience for a future career.
In addition to the LUMA program, Kinnevik also takes on a CFO trainee, who shadows our CFO and works within our finance team.
