Jose Gaytan de Ayala

Jose is an Investment Manager focused on Software and AI investments across early and growth stages.

He is a true believer in the European technology opportunity and hopes to contribute to realising its full potential. Jose is passionate about supporting the ecosystem, backing its exceptional founders, and helping build iconic companies. He constantly reminds everyone that we are living through an S-curve.

Prior to Kinnevik, Jose partnered with founders across stages, from Seed (NFX) and Series A (Kibo Ventures) to IPO (Credit Suisse). He holds a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from ICAI and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
