Kinnevik's Annual General Meeting: Reminder and pre-AGM Q&A session with Chairman and CEO

Investment AB Kinnevik will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday 18 May 2015 starting at 10.00 a.m. CET at Hotel Rival, Mariatorget 3 in Stockholm. Prior to the formal AGM a Chairman and CEO Q&A session will be held starting at 8.30 a.m.

Shareholders who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting shall:

  • be entered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden on Monday 11 May 2015,
     
  • give notice of their attendance no later than Monday 11 May 2015. Notice to attend is to be made on the company's website at www.kinnevik.se, by telephone to +46 (0) 771 246 400 or by mail to Investment AB Kinnevik, c/o Computershare AB, P.O. Box 610, SE-182 16 Danderyd, Sweden.

 

Registration for the Meeting will commence at 8.00 a.m.

Starting at 8.30 a.m. Kinnevik will host a Q&A session moderated by Peter Karlsson, Head of Equity & Credit research at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, during which Kinnevik's Executive Chairman Cristina Stenbeck and CEO Lorenzo Grabau will address key topics around Kinnevik's strategy and operations.
