Long-Term Incentive Programs

For senior executives and other key employees in the Kinnevik Group there are long-term incentive programs that require participants to own shares in Kinnevik. The objective of the long-term incentive programs is to link a part of the employees’ remuneration to the long-term value growth of Kinnevik and the Kinnevik share, and thereby align the employee’s interests with those of the shareholders.
