Key Governance Policies

All policies are subject to a yearly review and approval by the Board. All employees, representatives of Kinnevik, and third parties engaged with Kinnevik are expected to fully comply with our governance policies. Kinnevik conducts mandatory annual Code of Conduct training, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery, for all employees.
