Louis has 20 years of experience of business law. He started his legal career at Vinge Law firm and specialised on public and private M&A. 

In 2009, Louis joined Investor AB and worked there for 14 years, initially as legal counsel and later as Head of Legal of Patricia Industries, the unlisted portfolio of Investor AB. During his time at Investor/Patricia Industries, he focused on M&A transactions on an international level, which also included work with the venture capital portfolio, Investor Growth Capital and EQT. 

Louis joined Kinnevik in 2026 after heading the Otiva group for two years, a family office with 40 unlisted minority portfolio companies.
