Investment AB Kinnevik participates in the initial public offering of Black Earth Farming

Investment AB Kinnevik (publ) ("Kinnevik") hereby announces that it has subscribed for 1,600,000 shares in Black Earth Farming Ltd. in the IPO which closed on 18 December. Following the IPO, Kinnevik owns 23,280,800 shares or 19.5% of the capital in Black Earth Farming, corresponding to a value of SEK 1,164 million at the offering price of SEK 50 per share. Since the first investment in 2006, Kinnevik has invested a total of SEK 450 million in Black Earth Farming.
