Kinnevik: Frövi transaction concluded

Investment AB Kinnevik today announced that Korsnäs AB's acquisition of AssiDomän Cartonboard ("Frövi") has been closed.
 
The transaction was closed following the competition clearance received from the EU Commission on 12 May.
