Kinnevik sells convertible debenture loans in Modern Times Group MTG AB

Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik today announces it sells convertible debenture loans corresponding to 420,462 stocks of type A in Modern Times Group MTG AB ("MTG") to Invik & Co. AB.
 
At the same time Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik acquires 391,710 stocks type B in MTG from Invik & Co. AB.
