Invik & Co. AB acquires convertible debenture loans in Modern Times Group MTG AB

Invik & Co. AB today announces it acquires convertible debenture loans corresponding to 420,462 stocks of type A in Modern Times Group MTG AB ("MTG") from Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik.
 
At the same time Invik & Co. AB sells 391,710 stocks of type B in MTG to Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik. Invik's ownership after this transaction is 26.0% of the votes and 9.9% of the capital in MTG.
