Kinnevik acquires shares in Norway's P4 radio

Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik today announced that it has acquired 4,018,620 shares in Radio P4 Hele Norge ASA from Centennial ASA and Endre Rösjö. Kinnevik now owns 4,026,820 P4 shares, representing 12.5% of the issued and outstanding share capital. P4 is Norway's only national commercial radio network.

Vigo Carlund, President and CEO, commented: "We have acquired the shares according to the terms of a previous agreement, but do not consider P4 as a long term strategic holding".
